From a small Sevier County farm in Kodak, Tennessee, Lonas Swaggerty began perfecting a sausage recipe using his best cuts of pork including the hams & tenderloins. He carefully measured and weighed a blend of spices that ensured a flavorful, uniformed taste that soon became famous throughout the Great Smokey Mountains.
Three generations later, Swaggerty's Farm® continues the family tradition of making premium sausage in our modern USDA inspected processing facility.
