AUNT MAYME'S SAUSAGE POTATO SCRAMBLE
1/2 lb Swaggerty's Farm Sausage (hot or mild)

2 cups diced cooked potatoes

1 onion chopped

salt & pepper to taste

evaporated milk

Scramble the sausage in a very warm skillet with onion until thoroughly cooked but not browned. Add potatoes and seasoning. Stir well and heat well. Add evaporated milk and allow to cook to gravy like consistency.
