| CORNBREAD
SALAD |
One pan 8x8 baked cornbread
1lb. Swaggerty's sausage--cooked and crumbled
Sweet relish
Mayo |
1-2
tomatoes diced
1/2 onion diced
1/2 green pepper |
Crumble cornbread
in large bowel. Crumble sausage over this. Add
onion, green
pepper, and tomato. Mix in desired amount of sweet
relish. Add mayonnaise. You
don't want to put too much mayo. Just enough
to moisten salad.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
