Committed to producing only the very finest premium pork sausage products using the best ingredients to honor a tradition started back in 1930 by our grandfather, Lonas Swaggerty. Lonas Swaggerty began producing sausage at a time marred by the great depression. Food was scarce and the money to buy it was difficult to find. From his Sevier County farm in Kodak, Tennessee, Lonas created a delicious and affordable quality sausage that became famous throughout the Great Smoky Mountains.

Today Swaggerty Sausage Company is a modern USDA inspected processing facility still located in the same small valley and operated by the third generation of the Swaggerty’s Family. We continue to focus on a proven foundation of producing a gluten free, 100% fresh pork sausage containing no artificial fillers with a unique, butcher shop flavor only Swaggerty’s Farm has. Our premium sausage products are now shipped nationwide and available in most major retailers.
