Swaggerty Sausage Company, Inc. is seeking safety-minded General Laborers to work in Kodak, TN. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus but not required. Applicants should have access to reliable transportation. We have openings in various production positions. You have seen the rest; now join the best.
Competitive pay starts at $17.50
(Includes a $4.00 per hour attendance bonus)
Shift differential for 2nd shift is an additional $0.50
First and second shifts are available. Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. Benefits, bonuses, and overtime are available as applicable.
First Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm Second Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
Requirements
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Pass E-Verify authorization.
- Pass drug screening.
- Have good moral character as determined by a thorough investigation conducted by the employing agency.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on to pallets.
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Adapt well to a fast-paced environment
- Employee must wear employer-provided personal protective equipment as applicable to position.
- Employee must have slip-resistant shoes.
Physical Demands
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Repetitive arm movement.
- Must be able to repetitively lift and pull 50 pounds.
- Comprehend instructions and retain information.

- Tolerate an average temperature of 55 degrees year-round.
