Cooking Instructions
Slice completely thawed sausage ½ inch thick to form patties. Place thawed sausage in a cold skillet and bring temperature to 375°F. Cook for approximately 6 minutes, if approximately 2oz. patties on each side or until the center is no longer pink and has an internal temperature of 170°F.
